CANCELLATION

If you make a purchase and wish to cancel within the first 24 hours for personal reasons or due to a purchase error, we will charge you 10% of the total order.

If you make a purchase and decide to cancel after the first 24 hours have passed for personal reasons or due to a purchase error, we will charge you 15% of the total order.

If the product was shipped, we cannot cancel your order.


RETURNS

Returns are not accepted due to customer purchase error, once the order has been received. Before buying confirm that the product is suitable for your vehicle by writing to our email.

We accept return requests by email only within 72 hours of receiving your order. If the item is in your possession more than 72 hours, it is considered used and we will not issue a refund or replacement. Immediately receive the order, verify that the product is adequate, we are not responsible after 72 hours after delivering the order.


EXCHANGES

If the product was sent incorrectly or in poor condition from our facilities, you can contact us and we will proceed to analyze it, inspect it and notify you of updates (You have up to 10 days after receiving the product to contact us, after 10 days we are not responsible). It is mandatory to send us images of the damaged product and the labels outside the box.


SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


REFUNDS

If your request is approved, we will proceed to replace the product or refund the money.

Refunds to your bank accounts or credit cards will be processed if you meet all the requirements mentioned and the time of receipt of the money will be according to the policies of your bank.
