Once the order is placed, you have 24 hours to request a refund in case you have bought the product by mistake or a personal problem has arisen, then after 24 hours the money will not be refunded. We accept return requests by email only within 72 hours of receiving your order. If the item is in your possession for more than 72 hours, it is considered used and we will not refund or replace.
Returns are not accepted due to customer purchase error, once received by the customer. In the event that you have received the defective or mistreated item in the shipping process with the agency, we are not responsible for returns. If the product was shipped wrong or in poor condition from our facilities, you can contact us and we will proceed to analyze, inspect and notify you of updates (You have up to two weeks after receiving the product to contact us, after two weeks we are not responsible).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will receive the credit within 7 to 15 business days, depending on the policies of your card issuer and the original payment method.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
